Included 12" x 11" sampler with imnages of birds, flowers, urns, alphabet, and "Mary Thackray made this piece in the 11 year of her age and in the year of our lord 1844". And 13" x 13" linen sampler being the a Newcomb family record from 1784 to 1823 with names of various family members. And 7" x 15" with two embroidered messages "Fear God and keep his commandments" and "Be true and just in all you do and say" and with various flowers, designs, alphabets. Fair condition with some fading, few small tears, general aging.
